We offer air conditioning, box-spring beds, a private bathroom, secure parking, shared laundry facilities, and a kitchen equipped with an induction stove, minibar, and microwave. Safety, convenience, and comfort are key to your stay! All guests are required to present an official photo ID at check-in. A photo of the reservation holder will be taken for formalization and completion of the National Guest Registration Form. The space Our apartments are equipped to make it an extension of your home. We have apartments on the first and second floors and their access is by stairs. Inside the apartment we have 03 rooms: Kitchenette with microwave, electric pan and electric kettle, sandwich maker, fridge, kitchen utensils. Rooms with double bed and 01 single bed, wardrobe, table, split air-conditioning, TV and private bathroom. Guest access Easy Check-in and Practical Access Keys are delivered directly to the location by our team, ensuring a warm and personal service. We will contact you to arrange a pick-up time. Check-in time: from 2:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m., offering flexibility for your arrival. Access to the parking lot is via cell phone, providing more convenience and autonomy during your stay. Other things to note * Breakfast service is NOT available; * Online service, no reception service; * Arrival time required for key collection; * Departure time required for key return; * Cleaning and linen change, R$40.00 fee upon request. Optional. Scheduling via phone; * Small pets are welcome free of charge; * Smoking is prohibited in the apartment; R$300.00 fine applies. * Lost keys will be charged R$150.00. * The apartment does not have toiletries, only toilet paper. * We have a luggage storage facility for luggage storage before check-in or after check-out. * Reservations for third parties require a document (front and back) and a photo of the person holding the document.
