This charming retreat is ideally located on Main Street, just a short walk from the train station, restaurants, shops, and scenic trails. Inside, the home features a comfortable living and dining area, complete with a pool table, poker setup, and a well-curated library for leisurely evenings. The kitchenette is equipped with a mini-fridge, ice maker, toaster oven, Keurig coffee maker, and sink—ideal for light meals and snacks. Upstairs, you’ll find three thoughtfully appointed bedrooms—one queen, one full, and one with two twin beds—plus a full bathroom with dual marble sinks, antique hardware, and plush towels. Step outside to the backyard oasis, where you'll enjoy a private pool (open from June - Sept), lounge chairs, and space for dining or a picnic under the sun. Whether you're here to hike, relax, or explore, this home offers the perfect base for your Cold Spring stay. Please note: This home does not offer a full kitchen, instead we have a kitchenette with toaster / air fryer, ice maker, sink, mini fridge, and Keurig coffee maker. The owner occupies one side of the home but does not share any interior spaces with guests. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire property during their stay. Please note that our pool is open from May to September. All guests must sign a waiver prior to their stay due to the nature of the pool.
