Guest access Entire space, guests will have access to the whole house. It is completely private. Please make yourself at home. Laundry Access: The laundry area is located inside the garage. You will have access to the garage only for laundry purposes. Please note that the garage is not available for parking vehicles. Other things to note ✅ Other Things to Note CHECK-IN: After booking, you'll receive all check-in details. On arrival day, we’ll send the door code. Check-in is anytime after 4:00 PM. Early check-in may be possible depending on cleaning — feel free to ask the day before. CHECK-OUT: Self check-out with instructions sent in your welcome message. No late check-out, as we must prepare for the next guests. PARKING: Free driveway parking for up to 4 cars. You may also use the space on the right side of the driveway, just do not block the front yard, as that area contains the septic tank. . BBQ Grill: A propane grill is available. We provide the propane tank, however guests are responsible for refilling it if needed during their stay. .Vehicle Washing & Repairs: Washing vehicles, performing repairs, or doing oil changes on the property is not permitted, including in the driveway or garage. This is to comply with local regulations and HOA rules and to prevent damage to the property. ESSENTIALS PROVIDED: We provide 2 towels per guest, plus a starter supply of toilet paper, hand paper, and soap to get you started.
