Situated in the middle of Keystone Heights, this newly renovated home is ready for you. The space This home boasts amenities to have an excellent and fun stay, including: - An above ground pool with an extensive deck and flotation devices - Hot tub with space for 5-6 people - Play room with 10+ games for the whole family - Smart TVs in both living spaces and all bedrooms - Pull out sofa bed if additional space is needed - Pet friendly with a fenced in backyard - Peaceful, rural setting - Easy access to Gainesville, Jacksonville, springs, state parks, etc. Guest access Guests have full access to the property and amenities. Areas off-limits to guests include the front storage shed, the workshop area in the back, and the storage closet inside the home. Other things to note Pool Rules - Guests may use the pool at their own risk - Please supervise children at all times in the pool. There are no additional safety gates/fences. - Do not allow your animals into the pool. Claws may scratch the lining and damage the pool. - Recreational flotation devices are provided. There are no life vests or other swimming equipment provided. A blow-up device is also available to add extra air or blow up additional devices. - We have the pool professionally serviced but our large trees often add leaves and other debris. The cleaning net is available as needed. Hot Tub Rules - Medical Conditions: Individuals with heart disease, diabetes, low or high blood pressure, or those who are pregnant should consult their doctor before using the hot tub.  - Alcohol and Narcotics: Avoid consuming alcohol or narcotics before or during hot tub use.  - Temperature: Keep the temperature below 104°F, and consider 100°F for younger children. Please return the temperature to 95°F when not in use and put the hot tub cover back on. - Supervision: Ensure children are always supervised by an adult, even when the cover is on.  - Don't swallow hot tub water: Avoid getting water in your mouth or swallowing it.  - No jumping, diving, or horseplay: These activities can be dangerous in the hot tub.  - Open Wounds: Do not use the hot tub if you have open wounds.  - Hydration: Stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water while using the hot tub.  - Shower before use: Shower to remove lotions, oils, and other substances that could affect water quality and clarity. - Additional Hot Tub shock treatment is available in the laundry room to use once per day to enhance water quality if needed for guests staying multiple days. A small cap full is sufficient and you only need to wait 15 minutes before using the hot tub. Outdoor Cooking - A propane grill and utensils are provided. Please clean the grill and the grease tray after use. - A tabletop S’mores roaster is available outside. Roasting sticks are also provided inside the laundry/kitchen area. - Please put out all cooking flames when not in use Pets are welcome with a pet fee - The yard is fully fenced, but please double check fence gaps. Some dogs are trickier than others, so please use your discretion to keep your fur baby safe. You are ultimately responsible for your pet and we can't make any guarantees. - Please clean up after your animals. Doggy bags are provided for cleaning up yard waste. Florida Disclaimer - This is a rural area with a mix of folks. You’ll see plenty of mobile homes, big trucks, and various other lifestyles. We have great neighbors and Keystone Heights/Melrose is a wonderful community. Don't always judge a book by its cover. - We have a lot of extra nature in Florida. You may see snakes, spiders, and other critters. Bugs are more common indoors than other places you may have stayed, so please do not be alarmed and shoo our little friends away. Even with constant cleaning and pest control, there's always someone crawling around. All amenities, systems, and utilities are maintained regularly, but occasional outages can happen. If they do, repairs will be handled promptly. Refunds are not provided for downtime of amenities or utilities.
