Located near Bethel Woods Center for the Arts, Resorts World Casino, and the charming towns of Monticello and Liberty, you’ll be close to the best of the Catskills. Explore nearby hiking trails, lakes, golf courses, local ski resorts, and scenic drives — or relax by the pool and watch the sunset over the trees. Restaurants, grocery stores (open seasonally), and local attractions are just minutes away, offering convenience without sacrificing privacy or natural serenity. ★Important! This home is a lodge cabin, not a luxury home, with unique architectural aspects such as multiple spiral staircases and 2 open-concept bedrooms (great for kids!) One spiral staircase leads from the dining room to the basement. There is another spiral staircase that leads upstairs. It is narrow and not recommended for elderly or mobility-challenged guests, or children. Great for kids! Bedroom #7 (Basement) 2 Twin Beds - Not fully private This room is in the basement, but in an open-concept hallway, neighboring bedroom #5. Guest access Check-in is at 4PM and check-out is at 10AM. Early check-in or late check-out can be requested at any time, but approval can only be confirmed one day before arrival or departure. We will do our best to accommodate your travel plans pending availability, but a fee may apply. Other things to note Note that our home does have a spiral staircase to upstairs and the basement that can be challenging for those with limited mobility and is not recommended for children. We do offer a comfortable bedroom and a full bathroom on the first floor. This setup works well for groups with one or two guests who prefer to avoid stairs — including elderly guests or anyone who may find them difficult — so everyone can enjoy a pleasant and convenient stay. This is the only style of staircase available. This home has a small water heater that can comfortably support around five to six showers in close succession. If you are traveling with a larger group, plan showers in intervals so the hot water has time to replenish. The home is near a sanitation facility. We realize this may cause some uncertain smells in the driveway area, but it usually doens’t come into the yard. Quiet Hours are in place from 9pm - 9am, and parties or events are strictly prohibited. Stairs are required to reach some bedrooms and major areas of the home. The driveway fits 7 cars; guests should not park on the road. The indoor red & gold jacuzzi jets are temporarily out of service. *POOL HEATING IS AVAILABLE* The heated pool is set to 80°F during the summer months. Please note: We plan to close the pool on September 1, but this may change depending on the weather. If you’re booking for dates after September 1 and require pool access, please message us to confirm availability before booking. EV Charging is not available. Please do not plug your vehicle into the home indoors / outdoors as it will blow a fuse. A $500 fee will apply. All games and recreational items are in the basement so guests may continue to enjoy them year-round. Our outdoor area is available for use and enjoyment. There is a lot of foliage, trees and bushes, so if there is wind the area may need to be swept or cleaned regularly. Thank you for understanding our natural landscape. Groups are welcome, but all guests must be registered. The home’s maximum capacity is 18 registered guests. Inquire about additional beds if needed. All guests are subject to additional screening and a security deposit. No smoking in the house; there is a $500 penalty for violation. Upon arrival, should you notice any damage or anything broken, please advise the host as soon as possible so that immediate repair arrangements can be made. Any unreported damage will result in damage fees, automatic cancellation of your reservation, and reporting to Airbnb.
