This Beautiful, Immaculate Home is Newly Remodeled and the perfect Retreat located in South Tyler. Just minutes away from great shopping and your favorite restaurants while still offering a peaceful and relaxing stay. This is a Great location for a solo traveler, a family, or small group that wants to enjoy lovely East Texas.This home has been thoughtfully furnished to make your stay as smooth and as comfortable as possible. The space Living Space: The home features a spacious living room with 70” TV, a fully stocked kitchen that includes stainless steel appliances, granite countertop space, a coffee station, and a dining table with seating for 6 and island with 3 bar stools. Master Suite: The lovely, large master suite includes a king size bed, Smart TV with a luxurious bathroom including a walk-in shower, bathtub and two walk in closets. Additional Bedrooms The second and third bedrooms both have queen size beds with closets and they share an additional full bathroom. There are 2 twin spring loaded cots with memory foam mattress in located in the master closet. (All beds contain a waterproof mattress cover) Outside space: You can sit back, relax and enjoy your morning coffee on the back patio or cook dinner on the gas grill provided. The back patio also has ceiling fans for the warm Texas weather. The back fenced backyard is very spacious and perfect for kiddos to play. GENERAL: Free WiFi, air conditioning, central heating, washer and dryer, hair dryer, hangers, iron/board, keyless entry, linens/towels, and trash bags. We provide a starter pack of paper products but do recommend bringing extra for longer stays. (FAQ: Step-free access to main home) PARKING: No Garage Parking allowed. Driveway Parking Only Cleanliness is our top priority!! Other things to note: NO PETS, NO SMOKING (NO EXCEPTIONS) Policy strictly enforced, with no refunds available if violated. Guest access Guest Access: Guests will have access to the entire home from 4 PM on the day of check-in to 11:00 AM on the day of check-out.
