This Mountain Lodge lets you relax and forget all about the busy city and lifestyle, it gives you the chance to recharge your batteries and get in touch with the Nature that surrounds us. Located in a small community of mountain homes and close to several trails, Natural Forest, Ski Resorts and Tourist Destinations. Or you can just use the trails on the 160acre Mountain Farm itself and watch the beautiful wildlife and Nature at your front doorstep. The space This just newly build (2023) mountain home is located about 15min from the old and charming mining town Jamestown and about 35min to Boulder or Longmont. Nederland and Estes park are about a 40min drive. The property itself is huge and has access directly to the National Forest, it offers beside wild life watching some great trails on property and also lots of trails for walking and biking close by. (Saint Vrain Trail 5min) This is a Multifamily home so there are also neighbouring apartments and the parking lot is shared between all guests. (max 2 cars, let me know if you have more vehicles) The Home will be completely ready for you with freshly washed sheets and Towels. The kitchen is fully stocked with all basic cooking essentials and spices. You will be booking the entire unit, with private entrance and private Patio, there are no shared rooms. In the Wintertime this Property turns into winter wonder land, the roads get plowed on a daily basis (During heavy snowfall it might take a little longer in the morning for the city to get everything plowed. During the winter months a 4 wheel drive vehicle is a must, during the summer months you won't have issues making it here with mostly any vehicle. (Last 2 miles is a dirt road) Guest access This is a complete private Townhome with Private entrance and private Patio, you will also have access to private Washer and Dryer, also a decent sized storage room that is yours to use. This 160 Acre Farm consist of 4 separate properties but you'll have access to all the interlinking trails that go through all 4 properties and also direct access to the National Forest. Other things to note The Tv in the Living Room has Roku Tv. The Starling antenna provides great internet for anyone looking to work from home. Registration details STR-24-0027
