Cozy cabin with an ocean view, located on a large, fully fenced property. Very warm and equipped with all the amenities for 4 people. Deck with an enclosed barbecue area, outdoor shower, kitchen, and living–dining room with a wood-burning stove in an open-concept space on the ground floor. Double bed and access to the terrace on the second floor (mezzanine). The space There is an open concept kitchen, living room, dining area with a fire place on the first floor, connected with an open deck with sea view. The loft room is on the second floor and has its own terrace, also with sea view. There is a bbq in the deck, which is great for cooking and enjoying a meal while watching the ocean. Guest access The house is in a large fenced land, with plenty of plants, trees and a shaded area. Guests will enjoy full access to it. Other things to note There is a small supermarket / bakery / convenience store about 5 blocks from the house. There is a small town with all type of stores / restaurants / pharmacies / medical clinics, at 10 minutes drive from the house (Piriapolis).
