Classy Modern Unit 6 mins from Airport & shops/bus

We are pet-friendly, so you are welcome to bring your pet along with you on holiday. Please advise us in advance so we can accommodate them accordingly. We are located close to Christchurch Airport and across the road from a lively children's playground and park for perhaps a game of cricket or frisbee. There is a gym across the road which allows casual visits and a range of cafes, bars, restaurants and takeaways. With bus stops in close proximity, exploring Christchurch couldn't be easier. The space SECURITY: We have a security camera which covers the DRIVEWAY ACCESS ONLY of the guesthouse which has video and audio recording capability. This will be on but not monitored during your stay. Please note there is a separate studio on-site which is listed under CHIC PRIVATE STUDIO close to Airport. This studio may be available if you have extra people in your group. This studio accommodates up to 3 people. There is parking for 1 car outside the guesthouse on the left and there is parking for 1 vehicle outside the studio on the right. There is free parking on the street as well. Our house is located next to the guesthouse, but please be assured your privacy is respected. The living and outdoor area on the north side of the guesthouse is totally private and we are located on the south side. Please advise if you require anything as this unit is brand new and we would hope to ensure that we have covered all requirements. We do have a resident black cat, Georgia, and she may come and visit. Send her home if you don't want her calling in (if you have a dog she probably won't come near). BEDROOM 1: is located next to the living area and has access to the patio/deck area via the ranch slider. There is a comfy king-sized bed and soft linens to ensure a great night's sleep. Equipped with a luggage rack and storage for clothes and shoes to keep your space tidy and clutter-free. BEDROOM 2: is located at the end of the hallway, with a cozy king single bed, a single bed and a fold-out bed (for a child). There is room for storage and clothes in the wardrobe and black-out blinds to ensure a restful sleep. The bathroom and laundry are conveniently located between the 2 bedrooms, with high-pressure water mains for that refreshing shower in the morning. No worries about laundry as we've got you covered with a washing machine/dryer, along with laundry powder/liquid and fabric softener. Our fully functional kitchen/lounge area provides all the modern amenities you need, including a fridge, microwave, coffee machine with complimentary coffee options. Welcome to our guest house! You have exclusive use and access to the guesthouse during your stay. Consider it your home away from home. We've got some complimentary snacks and drinks waiting for you when you arrive. When you have been travelling all day, it is such a pleasure to have a refreshing beverage and a tasty snack to make that road trip or flight better. We even have a variety of tea and coffee options, because we know how important it is to have the perfect cuppa after a long day of travelling. Please advise your milk preference ahead of time, and we'll have it waiting for you in the fridge. All milk preferences are find - no judgements! If you need anything else during your stay, don't hesitate to reach out. We're here to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Other things to note RECOMMENDATION: Delays and cancellations due to sickness, bereavement, injury, weather can occur. Travel insurance is always recommended when you travel internationally or domestically. Travel Insurance from Cover More has great short-term and long-term affordable travel insurance for cancellations or more comprehensive cover as well. PETS: Bookings are limited to ONE pet per stay. We are a small two bedroom guesthouse. While all dogs are permitted, the unit is best suited to small - medium size dogs. Please send through your pet vaccinations, worming and flea treatments BEFORE your arrival date. Reminder - Please ADD YOUR PET to your booking as we have a small pet fee for pet reservations. Bedding can be supplied, but we've found that pets do prefer their own bedding, please advise if you need us to supply bedding for your fur baby. Pets are limited to the floor and we request that they don't jump up on to the furniture or sleep with their owners in the bed.
