The apartment has two bedrooms, a bright living area with fully equipped kitchen and one bathroom. The space The unique designed apartment is well equipped indeed and accommodates for 4 people. The bathroom, kitchen and all the appliances are unique and of high quality. The apartment receives lots of lights and the windows are equipped with blackout curtain. There is a fully equipped kitchen with oven, hob with an aeration hood, toaster, microwave, coffee machine (espresso provided) and fridge. The kitchen is perfect for picking up fresh food at local markets (one of the best is located in the neighbourhood) or at the numerous nearby bakeries and grocers and enjoying in the apartment. The double-glazed new glass windows keep the apartment both quiet and warm in the winter and cool in the summer however air-conditioner provided. There is hair dryer and all bath essentials. The apartment has an infra sauna in the bathroom. The apartment has a flat screen television with local and international cable channels, unlimited high speed WiFi internet with unlimited down-/upload option, DAB+ sound system with internet radio (more then 20.000+ stations available) and Spotify connection and air-condition system. The high-quality beddings and large beds (180 cm and 160 cm) with the 100% pure cotton sheets provide a specially comfortable night’s sleep. 100% cotton towels are provided. At your doorstep are numerous restaurants, art galleries and particular many trendy designer clothing boutiques. The apartment is within walking distance of many museums and monuments, including the newly renovated Academy of Music or the Paris Department Store can be found on the famous Andrassy Avenue. The Alexandra Bookstore operating in the Paris Department Store won the Year's Metropolitan Bookshop prize in 2011. Other things to note This is a strictly non-smoking apartment. To ensure a calm and peaceful environment for everyone in the building it is important to not make excessive noise especially at night. Normally check-in is after 16:00 pm and check-out before 10:00 am. However early check in and late check out could be often possible – just please let me know at the time you make the booking.
