Cozy Suite overlooking Mill Pond

Welcome to this bedroom & bathroom suite in our family home. Wake up to a view of Milford's idyllic Mill Pond. Nestled in the heart of PEC, this is an old farm house full of charming details. The guest suite is the only bedroom on the main floor. NOTE: No AC Directly across road from PECish bakery, morning treats on the front veranda await you. A great location if you're attending a wedding or event in the County. Compass Rose is only a few minutes away. Wifi TV STA licence: ST - 2025-0023 The space We are a family of three (2 adults and a teen) offering a gorgeous suite in our home. The house was built in 1894 and backs onto the idyllic Mill Pond in Milford. Please note: our water comes from a well which in dry season can go completely dry (don’t worry we hail in water). That said we ask our guests to be conservative with water and take short showers. In general we try to be as eco friendly as we can out here. Please note we have a small dog and cat - both very friendly. Guest access The guest suite is the only bedroom on the main floor, off our large country kitchen. Guests access our home via the main front door (the same door we use.) Other things to note One queen sized bed suitable for a couple. We have a dog and cat who re both very freindly. Water conservation is very important here as we are on well which can run dry. Right now there is no AC in the house. We provide large fans but do want people to know that in a heat wave it can get quite warm even on the ground floor.
