The space A chalet in the mountains! 🏔️ Here you are in Moncion (or Monzón, as we call it), a small village above Pera di Fassa, quiet and sun-kissed. The house? An old hayloft completely renovated with love by the owner's father and tastefully furnished by her. On three floors, overlooking the Aloch slope—yes, the one for night skiing ✨—and the peaks that seem within reach. Awaiting you: 🛌 3 bedrooms for 6 people: 2 double and 1 with twin beds 🧖‍♀️ Wellness area with sauna, whirlpool (perfect after a hike!) and bathroom with shower. 🌄 A panoramic veranda for leisurely breakfasts or tea at sunset 🍳 Kitchen equipped with oven, dishwasher, and induction cooktop 🚿 Bathrooms with shower and hairdryer 📶 Wi-Fi available, but you can also ignore it and choose digital detox 🧺 Washing machine and dryer in the laundry room on the lower level 🧻 Bed and bath linen included, so you can travel lighter 🅿️ Public parking nearby, with reserved permit ❌ Pets NOT allowed 👶 A cot with linen for babies is available at an extra cost of €30 The apartment is on three levels: Ground floor: living room and veranda with a picture-postcard view of Pera Floor -1: double bedroom, spa area, laundry room Upper floor: 2 bedrooms (one double with balcony and one twin), bathroom You can set off on foot for Gardeccia or other unforgettable trails. Everything else is just a 10-minute drive away: mountain huts, horse riding, swimming pools, ice skating, ski lifts. 🎒 If you love the Dolomites but don't want to compromise on comfort, this is the place for you. If guests are 2 or 4 people, they can choose which bedroom(s) they prefer, and the other(s) won't be accessible. Other things to note We would like to describe some aspects of the house to ensure that you have all the necessary information: it would be a shame to expect a different location, a livelier neighborhood, or an easier way to reach the ski slopes. The Dolomiti Superski area is nearby: Campitello Sella Ronda is a 10-minute drive away, Buffaure and the night ski slope are also a 10-minute drive away, the nearest lift is the Pera chairlift that takes you to Ciampedie (5 minutes by car) where there is also a ski school for children; however, as the house is located halfway up the mountain and not at the bottom of the valley, a private car is necessary. The car must be equipped with winter tires or chains from November to April. There is no private parking, the car must be left along the road to Gardeccia, in a large free parking lot. In addition, there are many villages in the valley to visit: Pera is the closest, with a small supermarket, otherwise Pozza is our favorite, and Canazei (15 minutes away) is the largest, with a nice swimming pool and wellness center (Aquatic Center Dolaondes). You should bear in mind that the village of Moncion is VERY TINY: there is a very simple bar with a nice terrace, open from 4:00 pm to 10:00 pm. We hope we have given you an idea of the place: it is special and different from other more conventional solutions. Before arrival: 1. You will receive a link for PRE-CHECK-IN. There you can enter your personal details and those of the other guests, as well as your identity documents; sign and download our TOURIST RENTAL AGREEMENT 2. We will provide you with a link to pre-authorize the TOURIST TAX and a small SECURITY DEPOSIT of €100 to protect the property with your payment card.
