You can dine in the formal dining space, at a charming kitchen table, or at the breakfast bar in the sleek, fully equipped kitchen. The kids and kids at heart will gravitate to the garage, where ping-pong and foosball tables set the stage for friendly competition. Walk out your door and you’ll have a boardwalk to the beach and the Pelican Pub, Stimulus Coffee, and the tony Meridian Restaurant. A huge sand dune and tidepools will keep the kids busy outdoors. Hop in the car for a trip to the Tillamook Creamery, then drive further north to explore the North Coast. Head south instead, and you’re 20 minutes from Lincoln City and less than an hour to Newport. On-street parking is not allowed on Center Pointe Loop, vehicles must park on Center Pointe Drive and Dory Pointe Loop. Parking signage must be followed at all times, and parking is only allowed in designated spaces within the subdivision. The on-street parking is first come, first served, and there are no designated/reserved on-street parking spaces for any home in Dory Pointe. Maximum Occupancy. The number of people (including children) present at the Property may not exceed the maximum occupancy set forth in the Property Description. This is a dog friendly property, there is a non-refundable pet fee (plus tax) per pet (limit 2), per stay. Dogs Only. Please keep your pup off the furniture (including the couches, chairs, and beds) and pick-up after your pup. Please be sure to clean up after your pets to avoid additional charges.
