A large, elevated deck with a barbecue, refrigerator, stainless-steel sink, and dining area means you can entertain outdoors with ease—the hot tub adds a luxurious touch. Indoors, a pellet stove promises cozy evenings in the living and dining rooms. A sweet turquoise and white kitchen has updated counters and stainless-steel appliances to make eating in a special pleasure. Netarts also has a couple of wonderful restaurants-though who knows? You might be cooking your own seafood from crabbing or fishing on the bay! You can also walk to the beach or visit Oceanside or Cape Meares, or head into Tillamook for ice cream at the Creamery or craft beer at the Pelican Pub. The number of people (including children and infants) present at the Property may not exceed the maximum occupancy set forth in the Property Description. This is a dog-friendly property; there is a $60 non-refundable pet fee (plus tax) per pet (limit 2) per stay. Dogs Only. Please keep your pup off the furniture (including the couches, chairs, and beds) and pick up after your pup. Your pup must be on a leash at all times when outside of the home, no exceptions. Please be sure to clean up after your pets to avoid additional charges. Minimum Age. You must be at least 25 years of age to rent the property. You hereby confirm that you are at least 25 years of age. You acknowledge that failure of this confirmation to be true constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.
