This inviting 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom split-level home offers comfort, space, and functionality for families, couples, or small groups. With two cozy living areas, a thoughtful layout, and essential amenities throughout, Meadows Retreat is a welcoming home base for weekend getaways, longer stays, or winter adventures. Please note this is a split-level home. Upon entry, only the entryway is on the main level. All living spaces, bedrooms, bathrooms, and the kitchen are located either upstairs or downstairs, and stairs are required to access them. Verification may be required. • All check-ins are contactless! To provide this service, we require a photo of yourself holding your ID to verify your identity, to be emailed or texted to our reservations department prior to check-in. No exceptions. (Please be aware that we do not have staff available to meet guests in person on site for this purpose.) • Bookings made within 7 days of arrival will require additional credit card documentation. • A Minnestay Rental Agreement must be signed prior to arrival. This will require that you provide us with your email address. Please inquire about the terms and conditions prior to booking. This includes e-cigarette and vape. • This property may have a noise monitoring device on the interior of the home. Additional noise monitoring devices may be located in gathering spaces on the exterior of the home, as well. • No events! This home is designed for families and responsible adults. Restrictions include, but are not limited to: Weddings and wedding celebrations, bachelorette/bachelor gatherings, and reunions. • No pets allowed! • Please note that you are staying in a private home and not a hotel. We expect that you will treat it with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to resolve them as quickly as we are able. • Consumable amenities provided by Minnestay are not refilled during stay. • Quiet Hours: 10PM-7AM. We love our neighbors! Please be respectful of the permanent residents on either side of this property. • Direct bookings or other online booking sources may be subject to a 3% cancellation fee. Deviation from these rules can result in an eviction from the premises with no refund, as stated in the signed rental agreement.
