Spacious historic 4-bedroom pool house in Downtown Sebring

This historic 4-bedroom house is perfect for your escape to Sebring for Race Week. Roughly 8 minutes to Sebring International Raceway and boasting 2,400 sq feet so you will have multiple areas for you and your team to spread out and relax after a day at the track. Shared spaces are the large 1/3 acre yard, herb garden out back, and beautiful pool and garden area. Inside shared spaces include a Florida room with record player, vinyl, and pool views, two sitting rooms, two living rooms, formal dining room, and 50's retro diner kitchen. You will be a few blocks from the downtown circle. Be close to the Fan Fest Parade, restaurants, and coffee shops. Your sleeping areas consist of a full sized bed in the bedroom on the 1st floor and upstairs there are 3 bedrooms with a full and 2 queen beds. The two full sized bathrooms each have original cast iron tubs and shower combo. Enjoy amenities like Wi-Fi, AC, pool, garden, herb garden, and a washing machine /dryer during your stay.
