Surfside Shores I 1706 on the Gulf w/Amazing Views

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. You are steps from the sugar white sand. There is access to 2 pools and 2 kiddie pools. One is heated in the Fall. The space This condo is a 3 bedroom with 3 full baths. It is located directly on the Gulf with beautiful water views with a large Gulf front balcony. There is also a small balcony located in the back of the condo off the 2nd master bedroom. The 2 master bedrooms have king sized beds and the middle room has a queen sized bed. There is a full sized sleeper sofa in the living room. You have the use of both buildings 1 and 2 for the pools. One is heated in the fall/winter months. Parking passes are purchased on site from the guard house. They are $30 each. If you need more than 2 passes, please contact me directly for instructions. Guest access You will be provided an electronic door code before your arrival date. Other things to note NO PETS ALLOWED ON SITE. We provide only enough supplies to get you started during your stay. Here is a list of what is provided: a roll toilet tissue in each bathroom, a roll of paper towels, a pack of dishwasher detergent, a pack of laundry detergent, small tubes of shampoo, conditioner and lotion and trash bags in each trash can. We do not provide coffee, filters or condiments. If you are staying several days you will need to replenish these items. We also do not provide a hair dryer or beach towels because they get removed from the unit.
