Close to A1,A86 and A15 highways. The space The place is great for a group of 4 people. It has a bedroom with a 160*200 cm bed, a sofa bed in the living room of 140*200 cm, a fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine, a Nespresso Virtuo coffee machine and everything you need to be able to cook. We also have a baby crib (max 13 kg) It consists of a separate toilet, bathroom with shower, dressing room in which you will find sheets/towels, iron, ironing board and a drying rack for laundry if you ever do a load. There is also a 6 m2 balcony. The neighborhood is quiet, the building is also very quiet because many people are seniors and workers. This is why noise is strictly prohibited, no parties/receptions. Guest access Paris is only 20 minutes away by car, Stade France is accessible in 8 minutes by car. The A86, A1 and A15 highways are just 2 minutes away. Saint-Denis train station is 10 minutes away as is the RER C "Les Grésillons" which will allow you to travel to Paris to visit must-see monuments such as the Eiffel Tower, Notre Dame Cathedral and the Palace of Versailles. Metro line 13 will allow you to go directly to the Champs Elysées. Bus 137 at the bottom of the building will allow you to get to Paris (Porte de Clignancourt). You can also enjoy the nearby amenities as is the Qwartz Mall which is open 7 days a week and has more than 100 shops and restaurants. At the foot of the building there is a bakery, a dry cleaning, a pharmacy and a grocer. As you can see, this place has everything you need for a pleasant stay. Upon arrival, you will need to pick up the keys from a key box at a merchant located 100 meters from the accommodation. The code will be shared with you the day before check-in.
