Cozy New Townhome within walking distance from Downtown Greenville! Located only a few blocks away from Main Street in the West End, you can either walk to everywhere downtown or take a very quick car ride. We have a great living area, kitchen, and dining all on the first floor. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and laundry. This place has everything you need for a very comfortable and relaxing stay. The space The first floor features a beautiful open concept with a living area, dining, and full kitchen. Living area has a comfy sectional couch that pulls out to a queen size bed, and it overlooks a 55 inch flat screen tv. The kitchen and dining area contain everything you need for prepping and enjoying any meal. Upstairs contains a washer and dryer, and two identical size bedrooms, each with their own queen size bed, full bathroom, and closet. This townhome is part of a new Duplex, and has an identical townhome right next-door. There is a nice spacious backyard that is shared with the townhome next door. Guest access You will have the entire townhome to yourself with no shared spaces inside. The driveway in the back comes with two parking spaces, and the backyard is shared with the townhome next-door. Other things to note Pets are welcome, I allow 1-2 well-behaved and house trained dogs. I just charge a one time $50 pet fee.
