Equipped with all comforts, it is located a few steps from the center, bars, restaurants, bakery, pharmacy and all the tourist/cultural attractions that the city offers. Also, very close is the "Piazza Alessi" stop for buses to and from Catania Airport, Sicilia Outlet Village, and the main cities of Sicily. The space The apartment consists of: - A large, bright and refined living/kitchen area consisting of a relaxation area, with a double sofa bed and comfortable armchairs, and a kitchen area equipped with everything you need to cook with every comfort (including, induction hob, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, etc.); - A large and romantic bedroom with a comfortable double bed; - A comfortable bathroom with shower, equipped with emotional lighting, and bidet; - A large terrace (equipped during the summer) where you can relax, have breakfast, have a drink, etc. and enjoy a unique and delightful view of the main monuments and churches of the city. The apartment overlooks the entire city, with a privileged view of religious events, processions, illuminations and, as far as the eye can see, the natural landscape and the surrounding towns. Early risers will also be able to enjoy, from the windows and the terrace, the unique and unrepeatable colors that characterize the sunrise over the city. The apartment is equipped with autonomous water tanks. Bath and bed linen are available to guests. Air conditioning is available in the living room and in the bedroom. It’s meant for hosting up to 4 people. Free covered parking, available on request, a 5 - minutes walk away. Guest access The guests will have access to all the spaces shown in the pictures: living room, bedroom, bathroom and terrace. Other things to note Upon Arrival! Due to local regulations, at the check in: - all the guests must provide a valid Document - the City Tax of 1,5 Euro/day per person will be collected by the host. Free for children under 12 and from the 15th consecutive night. - a short stay paper contract will be signed by the parties - late check in costs 30€ if not agreed in advance - The relevant regulations are posted inside the apartment.
