A 2 bedrooms lovely unit with private entrance at the backyard connected with main house in Berwick. 2 minutes drive to Eden Rise , 8 minutes to Fountain Gate,Surrounded by Berwick village, Eden Rise, Casey Central where they have a great range of restaurants and groceries nearby. Berwick Springs meets you front door. Gentle ripples across the water, ducks and swans gliding by,walking paths invite your feet to wander. Morning quiet runs,leisurely bike rides, fishing or lying on the soft lawn... The space The unit is attached but self contained with 1 queen bed and 2 king single beds. Guest have own entrance and enjoy the backyard. The full kitchen have toaster, sandwitch presser, pots, stove, oven, microwave,fridge,kettle, cutlery, sink,dishwasher,coffee machine etc. Guest access Separate access to the unit with beautiful garden full of varieties of fruits. Please follow the driveway on the left side of the white house.
