Please keep in mind our pet fee, which is $50 per dog per night. We allow up to 4 dogs for any booking. Additional dogs must be requested and will incur an additional fee. The pet fee is automatically added to the booking total when pets are included in the guest count at the time of booking. If a pet is added after the time of booking, a payment request will be sent for the pet fee. -> HOT TUB: A hot tub is available on the back decks at both cabins that are cleaned and maintained routinely. Spa chemicals are available under the kitchen sink and we recommend adding 1 scoop daily following use. Ensure the cover is put back on and buckled when not in use. -> POOL: Enjoy your own pool any time of day during your stay and enjoy incredible views of the Kiamichi Mountains! Accessible by gate right next to the front entry stairs of the property. -> POOL HEATING: This property includes a private, backyard pool that can be heated for $50 per day. Guests can opt in for pool heating any time up until 1 day prior to arrival and the pool will be heated to 86F degrees. Pool heating will be applied to the duration of the reservation and cannot be opted in on a per day basis. Pool heating charges will be added to the reservation once confirmed and charged to the card on file. -> TRASH: 3 trash bins located at the front of the driveway on property. Please be sure to bag all trash and place in these bins during your stay and keep the bins by the front of the property for pickup on MWF. Guest access Guests have full access to 2 cabins, IN HIGH SPIRITS and OAKLEY'S OVERLOOK. These properties are next door to one another and have separate circle driveways with parking for 6 vehicles each (12 total) and sleeping accommodations for up to 40 guests. Check-in is easy with a personalized door code set up at both cabins for keypad entry so that guests can arrive and move in anytime after standard check-in time of 4pm. Both cabins have "main floors" with kitchens and living areas that are up a flight of stairs. Lower level bedrooms, living area, and bunk areas are accessible without stairs. Aside from a few locked owner supply closets, enjoy full use of both cabins throughout your stay! Other things to note The Booking Guest must be at least 25 years old to book this property and must be present during the reserved dates. These are terms that are agreed in the required Rental Agreement. Guests are required to sign a Rental Agreement with Great Escapes Homes. We use an approved API-connected software provider, OwnerRez, and will provide guests an OwnerRez Rental Agreement link to the rental agreement after booking. Events are not allowed on the property and the maximum guest count must be adhered which is 40 people for this property.
