This spacious, two-bedroom basement apartment in a classic 1920s Craftsman house is located in the heart of Grayling, near everything Grayling has to offer. Other things to note Since this is a basement apartment, it remains cool in the summer without AC. I never saw it above 72 down there, even when it was 95 outside. On cool days, there is a thermostat in the second bedroom to control the central heat in the apartment.
