Spacious Apartment

This spacious, two-bedroom basement apartment in a classic 1920s Craftsman house is located in the heart of Grayling, near everything Grayling has to offer. It has its own private entrance, and a circle driveway for ample parking. We live above. We hope you will enjoy your stay with us. Guest access You have access to the entire basement floor. Other things to note Since this is a basement apartment, it remains cool in the summer without AC. I never saw it above 72 down there, even when it was 95 outside. On cool days, there is a thermostat in the second bedroom to control the central heat in the apartment.
