The Farmhouse Upon entering, you'll be greeted by a fully furnished home, designed with your comfort in mind. Small thoughtful details, designer lighting and tasteful touches compliment the stylish, modern farmhouse decor and create a warm atmosphere making it feel like your very own Home Sweet Home. From exposed beams to wide plank floors to shiplap walls and so much more, no opportunities have been overlooked to infuse this home with character. Embracing the original features using locally sourced materials while enhancing the home with modern day functionality, let's you experience a stay that truly feels unique. Hand-selected furniture throughout, comfy beds and soft linens, vintage style bathrooms with heated floors and included toiletry items, a designated desk area and a convenient laundry room are just a few of the home's best features. The Sweet Spot Studio Just steps from the main house, a detached studio with a sleeping loft and beverage station is your creative cocoon or cozy reading corner. Perfect for remote work, intimate chats, or simply sneaking away for a bit of quiet, this space sleeps up to 2 adults and is designed for grown-up relaxation. The Camping Corner When it's not out adventuring, our Shasta Airflyte 19, can be found parked in its own special spot in the corner of the property perched under an old growth apple tree. Fondly referred to, as Lil' Miss Lazy Daisy Lou, this vintage-style trailer is the perfect glamping getaway offering additional space for guests in your party or it can be rented individually. Decked out in retro style, you'll be greeted by a cheery disposition that sets the tone for a fun "old soul, sentimental" stay on wheels without sacrificing any of today's modern conveniences. Completely equipped with an outdoor grill, sink and prep station means you can take your "inner chef" outdoors and whip up your favorite camping fare or kick back and let someone else do the cooking at the many local restaurants nearby. Just steps to your own personal spa space which features an outdoor bath where you can experience a refreshing shower or relax in the deep soaking tub after a bike ride or time spent on the Willamette river. So come enjoy nostalgic moments of time gone by both inside and out with your own camp-like setting which will be perfect for BBQs, picnics, hammock naps, games, s'mores around the campfire and more! Outdoor Living & Play With over half an acre of native landscaping, fruit trees, and open sky, there’s room to roam, relax, and reconnect. Or visit other popular parks just minutes away for more outdoor activity option Guest access Guests will have full access to the farmhouse, the detached studio (adults 21+ only), the vintage camping trailer and accompanying spaces as well as the backyard. A locked exterior storage room is also available for guest use, featuring bicycles, water sports equipment, and lawn games. Please note that the detached garage is reserved for owner storage and is not accessible to guests. There are no children allowed in The Sweet Spot Studio or The Camping Corner for safety reasons. Other things to note Guests are required to sign a guest reservation agreement and allow for a $300 security hold to be placed on their credit card. Guests are required to review and comply with the House Rules. No co-ed wedding parties. No sports teams. No candles are allowed. The outdoor fire pit has specific rules, and those rules must be followed, or fines may apply. Bicycle riding and any water activities on the Willamette River or any other bodies of water are done at your own risk. Honor quiet hours from 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM. We do have noise decibel monitors at the property, and our neighbors have our phone number, so we will be alerted if there are issues. Please do not use the fireplace. We have a security system with external cameras installed on the property (at the front door, patio door, and garage door), and they will be activated. Please do not ship any items to the property. We have a crew that performs weekly yard maintenance at the property, so please be aware that they may be present at times. There are no children allowed in The Sweet Spot Studio or The Camping Corner for safety reasons.
