This spacious new executive luxury home within the prestigious Orchards community in South Edmonton. It's modern 2242 sq.ft single family house beautifully finished with high-end luxury furniture, 65'' smart TV in the living room and 50'' smart TV in the master room The space This home comes with a Telus 1G internet speed (940mbs upload & download) & family cable TV package, so you will not miss the shows/games you love. With a smart TV, you could also connect to your Netflix account. The kitchen is beautifully finished. It is fully stocked with pans, pots, plates, cups, utensils, salt, pepper, cooking oil, spray oil, tupperware, condiments. The coffee brewing area is on the countertop, fully stocked with coffee, cream, sugar, tea and hot chocolate. There is also a Keurig machine for guests, feel free to bring your own k-cups if you prefer this option. There is a general office area just by the side of the kitchen while a private one in the primary room. Dining area features an upgraded light fixture and a high-end dining set with 6 stylish dining chairs which are designed to provide excellent back support. We recently added a playroom which has lots of toys and play-mat, this is to allow the kids have a wonderful experience. There 4 bedrooms all have comfy brand new mattress, end table and night lamp to ensure our guests have a good sleep like they do at their own homes. Each bed is arranged to sleep two guests. Bedroom1 has a king-size bed, 40" smart TV, cable, large walk-in closet and its fully ensuite with a soaker tub and double sink. Office desk, chair and lamp. Bedroom 2 & 3 have a queen bed each with a large walk-in closet. Bedroom 4 with a fun colour design theme has a double-door entrance and two queen beds with a dresser. The bathrooms are equipped with a body wash, conditioner, shampoo, hair dryer, toothpaste, swabs, towelettes and handwash for guests use. Laundry upstairs is equipped with washer, dryer, detergent, ironing board and iron. We have installed a central air-conditioning unit for the house for the summer months. Also installed external (outside the house only), surveillance camera on the exterior of the building. The backyard has a patio set with a pitboss wood pellet grill/smoker. You will find bbq grill set, mat in the pantry, however, guest are to provide their own pellets & clean the grill after use. This is an absolutely NO PARTY, NO PETS & NON-SMOKING HOUSE. We know the house is more beautiful/luxury in person than as shown in the photos, as commented by some of our guests.
