Located just outside the pretty village of Mialet in the Northern Dordogne, in the heart of Perigord vert and the Limousin National Park. A large, private swimming pool, sun terrace, as well as outdoor barbeque areas will keep the family relaxed and entertained. Extensive gardens surround the property with plenty of room for outdoor activities for all of the family. The property is very private and peaceful: an oasis of calm. There is off road parking for several cars. The village is within walkable distance and the area is fantastic for cycling, fishing and swimming at the beach lakes in the local area. The house is newly refurbished and presented to a high standard throughout. The space A four bedroom property, 1 main bathroom, 1 ground floor toilet. The house comfortably sleeps eight people plus infants. Three spacious double bedrooms and one twin bedded room. A travel cot is available upon request. The house has good Wi-Fi and many TV channels, as well as access to Sky and sports channels. There are numerous board games and pool inflatables available for your use to help keep everyone entertained. A well equipped kitchen which includes a coffee machine, dishwasher, slow cooker, washing machine and air fryer. There is a BBQ on the main terrace just off the kitchen for the warm summers evenings. The swimming pool has a safety step all the way round enabling you to stand up at the side of the pool. The pool house has a toilet, shower and a washing up area as well as a table and chairs. A highchair is available and safety gate is fitted at the top of the staircase. Guest access The entire house and grounds. There are no other guests on site.
