The in-unit washer and dryer is shared but the hall between the bedroom and bathroom has a privacy curtain to partition your area from the rest of the apartment. Senior male husky lives on the property. 6 blocks to Gaslamp 3 blocks to Petco Park 1 block to the trolley & library 15 min walk to the Convention Center Message for Padres tickets section 117. The space The private room is located in a 2bd 2ba third floor unit, 936 sq ft, with a small patio that faces the trolley line. Central heat & AC. The building has a small hot tub on the first floor. Cannabis ok. No cigarettes please. Common spaces are open during the weekends but used as private office space during the weekdays 9am - 6pm. Senior husky lives on the property. Soundproof windows quiet the city noise but the unit is near the library and faces the trolley line so the noise is considerable if the windows are open. Relatively quiet at night compared to Gaslamp. Guest access Weekends: full access to all common areas, light cooking only for short term stays Weekdays: living room serves as a private office space 9a-6p, light cooking only during the day Please be respectful of other guests and clean up after yourselves in common areas. During your stay I work from home and am usually around if you need anything during your stay. My dog will be around too but usually keeps to himself (unless you have cheese). If I happen to be renting out my room as well or the entire space, please call or text at any time and I will get back to you within 24 hours.
