The Llentiscle, a shelter in La Calderona

Welcome to our accommodation in Serra! :) It is a large house of 426m2 located in a small municipality (4000 inhabitants) with typical sloping narrow streets in the natural park of the Sierra Calderona, 45 minutes by car from Valencia. It offers: -a large terrace with private pool accessible all year -Fireplace and barbecue -games room with table football and ping-pong -parking lot It is the ideal place for trips in large groups. We hope you enjoy your stay here! : ) The space The property has private access directly from the street. Please note that to reach the accommodation, you have to cross the narrow and sloping streets of the village. As shown in the photos, the house consists of the following spaces: GROUND FLOOR -Entrance hall and access to the garage 1ST FLOOR -Games room -Bathroom with shower -2 bedrooms, both with 1 bunk bed of two 90x200 single beds (1 of the bedrooms has a desk, too) -1 bedroom with a double bed (160x200) 2ND FLOOR -terrace with swimming pool -access to the living room -kitchen -bathroom with shower 3RD FLOOR -1 bedroom with a 160x200 double bed -1 bedroom with a 140x200 double bed -1 bedroom with a double bed of 150x200 -1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90x200) -2 bathrooms (one with baththub and one with shower) Guest access Guests have access to the entire property. Towels and bed linen are included according to the number of people in the booking. Complimentary soap and toilet paper are included. The kitchen is equipped according to the list of services, please do not hesitate to ask us any questions you may have. The flat has heating in all rooms: -split air-conditioning units in the living room and in the 4 upstairs bedrooms -portable electric radiators in the 3 downstairs bedrooms Summertime: -split type air conditioners in the living room and in the 4 bedrooms upstairs -ceiling fans in the 3 downstairs bedrooms Hot water is provided by 3 electric water heaters of 100 and 80 litres. In addition, you can use the private swimming pool all year round (depth: 1m) If you come by car, you will have access to the private parking inside the house. It can fit up to 3 cars (as long as you don't need to move all 3 cars at the same time, as each one blocks the previous one). In any case, parking on the street is free of charge. *Please, note: there are uphill streets. Other things to note CHECK-IN Please note that we will need to know in advance the specific time of your arrival because you will be given the keys at the property and it requires organization.
