This unique, daylight basement apartment has a private entrance, plenty of windows and natural light, that will keep you cool in the summer and warm in the winter. Situated just off the beaten path, surrounded by trees and only a 3 minute walk from sandy and swimmable Lincolnville beach, a deli, seafood, coffee roaster, shops and the Islesboro ferry terminal. Plenty of nearby hiking trails and a short drive from to the charming, small coastal cities of Belfast, Rockport, Camden and Rockland. The space This one bedroom apartment has a full kitchen and bath, dedicated heat pump for cooling and heating and a queen size bed. There is also a dedicated parking spot in the driveway just outside the apartment entrance. Please note that it has a sealed concrete floor that can be quite slippery. Guest access Please note that the interior connection to the rest of the house is locked. But should you have any questions, concerns or need anything we are just a message away. You are free to use the front yard. Other things to note As this is the downstairs portion of our house and though well insulated, you may hear us and our well-behaved dogs moving around from time to time. Please know we do our best to be respectful of the fact you are downstairs.
