The space This cozy suite is perfect for one or two guests looking for a comfortable place to stay. Though the cinder block house shares two walls with another unit (the hallway, and one kitchen wall), it has its own private entrance and remains entirely separate, offering you a space to relax and unwind. The bedroom and bathroom do not share any walls, giving you wonderful privacy. We may allow pets, just depends on the situation. Located on a side yard, the suite is partially attached to a family home. It is possible you may hear the sounds of others that live on property and they may hear you, but the brick home keeps any noise at bay. The unit is also located at the front of our property, facing our front yard, and our quiet street. Your parking spot is in the driveway- providing you easy off street parking, and quick access to your car. Guest access In order to access the suite you will need to walk down the left side of the driveway. Please expect the possibility of seeing others, or being seen. We do ask that you are respectful of our wonderful, neighbors and our neighborhood. A clear identifiable image of yourself is required when a booking, thank you for your understanding.
