Inspired by the world of cinema, this apartment offers an original and warm atmosphere, ideal for a comfortable stay in the heart of Orthez. 🎬 Welcome to La Suite du 7e Art – a unique apartment where every stay becomes a movie to be experienced Located in the heart of Orthez, in a house full of character divided into three apartments, this bright and spacious apartment has been entirely designed and furnished by us. Designed as an immersive experience around cinema, each room transports you to a different world, with tasteful decor and comfortable amenities. Whether you're coming with family, friends, or as a couple, get ready for a stay like no other. 🛋️ A large, friendly, and cozy living room From the moment you walk in, the tone is set: posters of cult films, designer furniture, and a cozy atmosphere. The living room is bathed in light and designed for sharing: A fully equipped kitchen (central island, oven, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, Senseo coffee maker, toaster, etc.) Basic products are provided: tea, coffee, sugar, oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, cereals, pasta... A dining area with a large round table for 6 people and comfortable chairs A cozy living room with a designer sofa and armchairs, a large Smart TV, Canal+, Netflix, and other platforms Wi-Fi access, Alexa speaker and local guide to discover the region All in a self-confident cinema atmosphere, down to the last detail. 🎞️ The private movie room: your magical moment On the upper floor, a real private movie theater awaits you. In return, we ask that you show respect and care for the place, the furniture, and the rules. La Suite du 7e Art awaits you! Guest access The house is divided into three independent apartments. The proposed apartment is located on the top floor, as shown in the photos. Access is via a private courtyard, accessible via a gate. Warning: the gate is quite narrow, it is important to position yourself well before turning to enter it safely. In the courtyard, several parking spaces are available: two are reserved for the apartment. An external staircase leads to a corridor, which provides access to the accommodation. A key box is attached to the pillar in front of the door: it allows for self check-in. 🛤️ The train station is within a 10-minute walk. 🚗 The highway is accessible in less than 10 minutes by car. Other things to note To make your stay even more enjoyable, we offer a few extras to discover on site: 🎬 A selection of confectionery and drinks is available to accompany your movie night (included in the stay). 🍭 To go further in the experience, we offer the following extras (payment on site): Additional confectionery and drinks Local beers Aperitif board or cheese board with local products Custom packs depending on the occasion (Love, Escape Home, etc.) These options are to be paid directly on site, according to your wishes. ☀️ Finally, if you stay with us in summer, Jean-Baptiste, your host, is a canoeing instructor and will be happy to show you his passion on the river.
