Please read below: LOCATION: Our apartment is centrally located, strategically avoiding the crowded and noisy tourist areas. Immerse yourself in the true essence of Budapest, living like a prosperous local. Within arm's reach, discover the best coffee shops, bakeries, bars, and restaurants. Despite the serene locale, major tourist attractions are easily accessible within a 5-15 minute walk due to our excellent location and traffic. Situated right at the top of the first staircase, our Airbnb ensures convenient and secure access with only a few steps. Upon entering through a smart door, you step into a shared hall area among four studio apartments. This space is perfect for securely storing luggage, washing your laundry or grabbing an iron and ironing board if needed. Each studio apartment features soundproof walls and a double-layered entrance door for a peaceful atmosphere. SIZE & COMFORT: Prioritize a good night's sleep by comfortably strolling to the best tourist sites or party areas, returning to your silent, compact studio apartment equipped with Wellpur Gold+ memory beds after a long day! Nothing is more crucial on vacation than quality sleep! Benefit from the convenience of triple-glazed windows and soundproof walls. Our studio apartment comes fully equipped for a comfortable stay, whether you arrive with a spouse, friend, or alone. Your accommodations include: 1 x Queen size (160 cm x 200 cm) bed with a memory mattress (Wellpur Gold+) CLEANING: We are committed to maintaining a clean living environment. Rest assured, we employ advanced cleaning gadgets such as an ozone generator and water vacuum to ensure cleanliness. PARKING: Street parking is free on weekends! For secured parking we have several options. The most preferred one is a covered and secured parking just 8 min. walking distance from our apartment. Or, you can do it in approx. 3-4 min. with an e-scooter. Cost is very friendly (approx. 12 Euros per 24 hours during weekdays; weekend ticket is also 12 Euros but for the whole weekend--> Friday 18:00 - Monday 08:00). It is ready to assist you to prepare a delicious lunch, dinner for 2 or just to organize a quick meal for yourself. TRANSFER Do you need a transfer from the airport? Please let us know in advance (including your arrival time & flight details) and we are at your service to organize a driver waiting for you with a sign at the airport for a fixed price. Return transfer is also possible. Just let us know in time. Please note: if you organize your own transfer make sure to take registered taxis only as there are unregistered companies and freelancers targeting to cheat tourists. LUGGAGE STORAGE Does your flight leave only later during the day? If you need to store your luggage once you have checked out, we are happy to provide you a secured luggage storage option at no extra cost so that you can enjoy the city without carrying your bags around. TRAVELLING WITH A BABY We know that travelling with little ones can be a handful, and we’d love to help make your stay as easy and relaxing as possible. If you need a baby crib, high chair or baby bath, we’ll gladly provide them at no extra cost – just let us know in advance. Other things to note PETS We are really good friends of animals and nature. Unfortunately, this apartment is a no pet zone so that to ensure health safety also to our guests allergic on fur etc. If you are travelling with a service animal, please contact us PRIOR TO making a reservation so that we can find the best option for both of us. Thank you for your understanding. SMOKING Smoking is STIRCTLY not allowed in the apartment, only in front of the entrance of the building! So, it is not allowed to smoke in the inner garden area either! NOISE Please note that our apartment is in a calm and silent neighborhood. ANY KIND OF PARTY/EVENT OR LOUD ACTIVITY DISTURBING THE ATMOSPHERE IS PROHIBITED IN OUR APARTMENT AND IS NOT TOLERATED! OUR APARTMENT IS EQUIPPED WITH AN ACTIVE NOISE MONITOR TO AVOID ANY MISUNDERSTANDINGS! Thank you for your understanding. SECURITY The building is equipped with 24/7 actively recording security cameras. The entrance of the apartment and the common areas of the building are monitored (so, not inside the rented apartment itself). In case of studio apartments, the commonly shared hall area may also be recorded (so, not inside the studio apartment). By finalizing a reservation, guests irrevocably accept that a recording is made during their stay and stored in line with local regulations. REGISTRATION As of September 1, 2021, all guests IDs and data are required to be uploaded to a closed information database, called "VIZA", provided by the Hungarian Tourism Agency. This is a legal requirement with no exceptions. In case a guest refuses to provide or upload the required document and data, the individual must be refused the accomodation service by law.
