Our property has two houses - Villa Ana (4+2) has two bedrooms for a total of 4 people and a sofa bed in the living room for 2 children. It has a bathroom, kitchen, dining room and a large terrace. The price of accommodation in this larger house during the summer is $130 per day, and during the winter it is $210 per day. Villa Ana 1 (2+2) - living room with a sofa bed for 2 children and a double bed for 2, bathroom, kitchen and dining room. The price of this smaller house is $110 per day during the summer, $170 during the winter. The space Naše imanje poseduje dve jedinice: Vila Ana(4+2)kuća sa dnevnom sobom sa ležajem na rasklapanje pogodnim za dve osobe, dve odvojene spavaće sobe, svaka je adaptirana za po dve osobe. Poseduje kupatilo, kuhinju, trpezariju i veliku terasu. Vila Ana 1(2+2)-kuća sa dnevnom sobom sa ležajem na razvlačenje pogodnim za dve osobe, spavaća soba sa francuskim ležajem, kupatilo, kuhinja i trpezarija. Imanje poseduje bazen, veliko dvorište okruženo prirodom, đakuzi, toplu kupku, ležaljke, stoni fudbal, pikado, teren za mali fudbal, roštilj. U najam se mogu uzeti obe kuće zajedno ili kuća zasebno. Maksimalan kapacitet za obe kuće je 8 ljudi. Hrana nije uključena u cenu, ali po želji možemo organizovati ketering, u saradnji sa proverenim lokalnim partnerima. Vikendica se nalazi na samo 1,5 km od glavne magistrale. Pristupni put je šumski, pa ukoliko ne želite da vozite tim putem, sa zadovoljstvom možemo obezbediti prevoz do objekta. 🏡 Our Property Features Two Separate Units: Villa Ana (4+2) A house with a living room that includes a sofa bed suitable for two people, and two separate bedrooms, each designed to accommodate two guests. The access road is through the forest — if you prefer not to drive, we’re happy to arrange transportation to the property. Other things to note Villa Ana is located on the slopes of the Rudnik mountain, 20 minutes from Gornji Milanovac.
