Description
Located in Riga’s historic Old Town, this studio offers a quiet retreat just steps from the city’s vibrant streets, cafes, and landmarks. Thoughtfully designed for short or longer stays, it includes a fully equipped kitchen, smart TV, Wi-Fi, and space for up to four guests. Ideal for travelers who value character, comfort, and a central location. The space Inside, the space is designed to make the most of its layout, with a regular double bed and a second double mattress on the loft level, sleeping up to four. The kitchen includes cooking basics, an induction stove, fridge, microwave, kettle, and Philips Senseo coffee machine. There’s a dining table for two, smart TV, Wi-Fi, bathroom with shower, a hairdryer and an iron. Other things to note Later check-out's are not possible, but there are luggage storage options (contact us for more information). The apartment is located on the second floor (first floor = ground floor, one flight of stairs), there is no elevator. The windows are facing a busy street and are next to a tram track, so some street noise is to be expected. The heating season in Riga is from October until the first warm days in March/April, so there might be no heating if you visit in April/late September. PARKING: There is street parking available next to the building, but it is expensive (up to 8 EUR/h), as it is the Old Town. Parking lots in Old Town are also rather expensive (30+ EUR/day). There is cheaper street parking within 4-10 minute walk (11. novembra krastmala or Aspazijas bulvāris) - it costs 3.00 EUR/h, for free from 20:00 - 08:00 on weekdays, from 17:00 on Saturdays, and whole Sunday is for free). Underground parking lot is also available, located within 10 minute walk (Origo underground parking). It costs 14 EUR per 24 hours.
