Using the Nippori-Toneri liner, you can access Nippori Station in about 20 minutes. From there, you can easily access the main areas of the city center using the Yamanote Line and other lines. There is space to store your luggage in the room, but unfortunately there is no place to store your luggage before check in or after check out. If you want to store your luggage before check in, please contact us in advance as we may be able to accommodate you. 2. Can I order room cleaning during my stay? Professional cleaning staff clean the rooms before arrival and after checkout. In order to respect the privacy of individuals, people other than the guest will not be able to enter the guest's room during their stay. (Alternatively, if you want cleaning or to have your sheets changed during your stay, you can do so at an additional cost.) 3. Can I check in early or check out late? Unfortunately, early check-in and late check-out are not allowed. Please contact us beforehand as early check-in may be available depending on other guest's schedules. 4. How do I get to the room? This facility is a government-licensed accommodation, so we are required to obtain information on all guests (name, address, occupation, and a copy of the passport for non-Japanese nationals).
