Design & Atmosphere The home features a rustic ambiance, a 50m² living area with high ceilings, large glass triangle windows, and massive Riga pine doors. The floors are made of Brazilian slate, and the furniture includes wood, lacquer, and linen pieces for a cozy yet elegant touch. The home theater shares space with a breakfast room and a fully equipped kitchen, making daily life easier and more enjoyable. Nature & Wildlife Sleeping in either the indoor or outdoor suites, you’ll wake up to the sounds of sabias (thrushes), bem-te-vis (kiskadees), sanhaços (blue-gray tanagers), parakeets, and more. If you’re lucky, you might spot the pair of parrots that nest in our pecan tree or the yellow, orange, and red-headed woodpeckers that drum on the front yard trees. There’s also a rare native bird that sings like a barking dog—one that had disappeared from the city for years but has recently returned.
