Updated Butler's Treasure Island, New master bath!

Sleeps 6 (Max 4 adults) located at Treasure Island Resort on the 12th floor. It is beautifully furnished. Both bedrooms have king memory foam mattresses! We completed a major update Feb 2020. We have added a stand alone tub and tiled shower in the master bath, quartz countertops in both baths, new lighting, shaker doors on all cabinets and luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout. Children 3 and up allowed. Beach service for two included. One time $35 parking fee. The space This beachfront condo sleeps 6 and includes 2 bedrooms with king beds and twin bunks for children only. The master suite features a gulf-front view, balcony access, full bathroom with double vanity, luxury shower, soaking tub, and closet. The second bedroom features a king bed and access to an additional full bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The main living area features a spacious kitchen and dining area as well as a comfortable living room with swivel chair, recliner and sofa. The large patio is equipped with polywood dining table and lounge chairs, with amazing views of the gulf and Panama City Beach! Guest access You will have access to the whole 1370 s/f unit as well as the complex amenities that include large heated pool, Hot tub, fitness center, and beach access. Other things to note PLEASE read before booking: Minimum age 25. This condo will accommodate up to 6 people with 4 (FOUR) adults (MAXIMUM). Bunks are for children only. Our condo is not child proofed. NO SMOKING OR VAPING INSIDE OR OUT AND NO PETS in our unit. Guest must have 4 or above star rating to book. NO events, get togethers or parties. If any of these rules are violated you will be evicted with no refunds and forfeit your damage deposit. We require guest to e-sign rental agreement and send copy of photo ID within 24 hours of booking. - One reserved parking space is included in the covered parking garage near the elevator and one other vehicle is allowed in non numbered spaces. - Beach service for 2 is included with your reservation March-Oct -Treasure Island has surveillance cameras in the walkways and elevators and our unit has a Ring doorbell camera. No cameras inside the unit. Please do not book with us if you aren't comfortable with the cameras. -Please note that we only provide starter packs (toilet paper and paper towels etc) despite your length of stay - Beach/pool towels are not provided, so you will want to bring your own. - There is a $35 registration fee per condo for parking passes and amenity wristbands that is paid directly to Treasure island Resort upon arrival. This is NOT included in your reservation.
