This peaceful retreat offers the best of Up North living—whether you’re relaxing by the water, paddling the lake, or roasting marshmallows under the stars. Our cozy lake house is designed for comfort and connection. Inside, you’ll find a fully stocked kitchen, warm living spaces, comfortable bedrooms, and modern conveniences like a smart TV and Wi-Fi (please log into your own streaming accounts). Step outside to enjoy beautiful lake views, a private fire pit, and complimentary use of kayaks and a paddle boat. You’ll have shared access to the lakefront just a short 500-foot walk from the house. Please use only the first dock to the left, and return all water equipment to its designated storage area. Ideal for couples, families, or small groups, Long Lake Serenity is more than just a place to stay—it’s a place to make lasting memories. Peace. Privacy. Pure Michigan lake life. Guest access Guest Access at Long Lake Serenity Guests have full access to the entire lake house, including: • All bedrooms and cozy living areas • Fully equipped kitchen • Bathrooms with fresh towels and basic toiletries • Fire pit near the water (please return to the lake house fire pit after 10 PM) • Shared lakefront access – please use only the first dock to the left. Walk from house is about 500 feet please follow road down. • Kayaks and paddle boat (must be returned to storage; do not leave on the bank) • Smart TV with Wi-Fi – please log into your own streaming accounts • Washer and dryer • Guest book in the living room—don’t forget to leave us a note! Parking is available on-site, and the trash bin is located just outside the garage back door. Please be respectful of neighbors and quiet hours after 10 PM. For safety, avoid other private docks or properties. Other things to note • Lake access is shared and located about 500 feet from the house. Please use only the first dock to the left and respect neighboring properties. • Kayaks and paddle boat are available for guest use—please return them to the designated storage area after use and do not leave them on the shoreline. • Fire pit use is allowed until 10 PM. After that, we kindly ask that you return to the lake house fire pit to respect quiet hours and our neighbors. • Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM to maintain the serenity of the area. • The property has outdoor security cameras for guest and property safety (positioned on the exterior only). • Smart TV with Wi-Fi is provided—please log into your own streaming accounts. • Trash bin is located just outside the garage back door.
