Other things to note 📌House Rules: The home sleeps up to 5 guests maximum: 3 guests in the king-sized bed (additional charges applicable for the 3rd adult or child). 2 guests in the queen-sized bed. No pets allowed. Please treat this space with care and kindness. Keep things neat and tidy. Strictly no parties. If found out that you had a party, you will be charged a fee of $500. Quite hours: 10pm - 8am. Please keep noise to a minimum during these hours to respect our neighbors. Un-approved late departures - $100 per hour. Please take extra care of door keys and remotes. Lost keys and remotes may incur replacement fees. Any damage/loss of items will be charged the actual cost. No smoking inside. You will be charged the cost of steam cleaning or other procedures to remove the odor at a minimum cost of $100.
