The in-ground pool is also an added attraction during the spring and summer months. Late afternoons can be spent outside on the screened porch playing a game of cards or just catching up on the day. A large oversized den is a fabulous gathering space for guests to enjoy. It has an antique bumper pool table/card table, a smart TV, and a wood-burning fireplace. Another smaller, more secluded living room space is located off the formal dining room for a quieter atmosphere with an antique china cabinet full of books and magazines. Two Master bedrooms (king beds in both), with private adjoining baths for each, are unique in the home. Bedroom 3 Master (see pictures) is a perfect space as a mother-in-law suite for traveling grandparents. There is a private study/office located directly across the hall from master bedroom 3 for catching up on “work while traveling” emails and such. On the other end of the home, the Master (King Bed) Bedroom 1, has a Jack and Jill bathroom that adjoins bedroom 2. There is a Futon that can sleep 2 children or one adult comfortably, a set of bunk beds with a double bed on the bottom and a single bed on top. This room will easily sleeps 4 and possibly 5, if two children sleep on the Futon. It is perfect for a family, with the parents being in adjoining Bedroom 1 (Master). Bedroom 4 has a double bed (Full) and a full bathroom with a tub located right beside it. It does not have a private door entrance in the bedroom to the bathroom. There are two full couches. One each, in the two Living areas of the home. There is a set of twin beds upstairs in an “overflow” bedroom and a full bath with a small tub and shower.
