House 03 Suites, Arraial D'ajuda, 30m from the beach

Beautiful house 30 m from the beach access, located in the best neighborhood of Arraial D'ajuda +/- 100 m from one of the best beach bars in the city (Sting, Corujão...). Our house is fully air-conditioned, has 3 suites (2 with double beds, one with 1 double bed and 1 single bed, and we have 1 extra mattress), all with TVs. On the ground floor we have a full kitchen, integrated with a beautiful living and dining room and a beautiful balcony with a table for 8 that is next to the barbecue and hammock area. The space We are located inside the Morada do Ipê Condominium, which has a beautiful leisure area with a swimming pool and gourmet area. Our house has been decorated and furnished to give our guests the greatest comfort in their leisure and rest time. Bed and bath linens are provided. Other things to note We have an employee who goes every day (off on Sundays) to clean the house. Electricity is charged separately at R$1.20 per kW consumed.
