The cosy living room features comfortable sofas, a TV for your favourite shows, and a dining table perfect for enjoying meals together. Step out onto the balcony, where outdoor furniture invites you to relax while taking in views of the marina and breathing in the fresh countryside air. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to prepare delicious home-cooked meals, including an electric hob, oven, microwave, cookware, and cutlery. The home includes three inviting bedrooms, two with queen-sized beds and one with a single bed. All are dressed with hotel-quality linens to ensure you enjoy a peaceful and restful night. The bathrooms are equipped with all the essentials, including fresh towels and complimentary toiletries. For your comfort, the property is always professionally cleaned before your arrival. Other things to note This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before entering the property. Check-in can be done from 4 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and a bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
