Pet Space Suite

The Espaço Pet Suite is at the bottom of the garden of our house, which is a shared property. It is small and perfect for those who like rusticity and comfort at the same time. It has a Smart TV, hot and cold air-conditioning, an Airfryer and various amenities for you to enjoy. Outside there is a fenced area for your pet(s), a table, a Parrilla barbecue grill, and a hammock under the tree. At night, from the bed, you can see the sky and hear the sound of the rain as if you were camping! The space Our house has two container suites in front of the property and the Pet Space Suite is in the back, in a very reserved space. It has Wi-Fi, a dining counter, hot-cold air conditioning, smartTV, hot shower, minibar, 4-burner cooktop, microwave, kitchen utensils, bedding, bath, blankets, mats, beach chairs, sun umbrella and cooler. Outside there is a table under the tree, exclusive barbecue and hammock, as well as a deck overlooking the mountains, a luau space, laundry, garden shower and shared parking. We have 90-degree outdoor parking and shared indoor parking. Choose the internal one for loading/unloading and the external one for coming and going more freely. Guest access Our house has 3 indoor parking spaces and 3 outdoor parking spaces. It is located 400 meters from the Rio-Santos highway and access is by paved street to the last block before arriving at the house. For those coming by bus, there is a stop on the Rio-Santos highway 400 meters from the property. At this same stop, the circular buses pass to downtown Ubatuba and in the opposite direction to Caraguatatuba. For those who bring their bike, Lagoinha has a bike path parallel to Rio-Santos. Our neighborhood is quiet, safe and well located, with a restaurant, pizzeria, ice cream parlor, supermarket and fishmonger nearby. Lagoinha beach is beautiful, with clean and calm waters. At the end of it flows the Lagoinha River, and from this corner comes the trail to the 7 deserted beaches. On foot or by boat, a delightful tour! Our neighborhood also has the Lagoinha Ruins and access to the waterfall trail. In addition, it is next to Sapê beach, which allows pets and is great for surfing and offers lessons and equipment rental. A little further ahead is Maranduba, which has the second largest shopping center in Ubatuba. Hide Other things to note The internet signal can oscillate mainly with the door closed because the Pet Space Suite was built with galvanized steel plates. We don't have cable TV.
