This 1,700 sq ft suite on the lower level of a raised bungalow has lots of natural light and plenty of space to unwind. Enjoy bay access, a cozy fireplace, your own BBQ and outdoor dining/lounge area, and a fire pit. Just 5 min to Bouctouche, 10 min to J.K. Irving Arena, 20 min to Shediac, 30 min to Kouch/Neguac Park, and 40 min to Moncton. The space Guests have access to bicycles, canoe, peddle boat and inflatable dingy and can access the bay with their own toys. Access miles of walking/biking trails that take you from the Irving Eco Center to downtown Bouctouche. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property, their own BBQ, outdoor eating area and fire pit.
