The primary suite has an attached bathroom with a slider that opens to the backyard patio and pool. The secondary ensuite has its own attached private bathroom. The open-concept living room and kitchen are designed to create lots of memories. The kitchen boasts an oversized kitchen island, all Thor appliances, and double glass sliding doors opening to the private backyard and pool. The fully enclosed backyard features a salt water pool and spa with 4 chaise sun loungers, a fire pit and 4 Adirondack chairs and separate teak seating area for 6. Recordings remain private and may be used to monitor occupancy, and other policies. -Parking: The driveway can accommodate 4 vehicles. NO Street parking allowed per city ordinances. -Safety: fire extinguisher under kitchen sink, hard-wired carbon monoxide and smoke alarm. First aid kit. -Maintenance: landscaper on Thursday, pool on Tuesday and Friday, trash on Monday -Pool heating requests must be made 72 hours in advance of check-in.
