Residences are planned to provide great comfort. Our office is located in the Vila Madalena neighborhood in São Paulo. Guest access ACCESS TO THE PROPERTY: Please do not go to the property before receiving confirmation of the release and all related instructions. After the reservation is confirmed, guests will automatically receive a message from Brazilian Corner containing a link to submit the required documentation and provide additional information about their arrival. Once this information is reviewed by our team, one of our agents will contact the guest via Whats-App to continue the release process and assist with check-in preparations. Complete access instructions for the property, including the door code, will be provided at the time of check-in. The Brazilian Corner team is always available to assist before, during, and after your stay, ensuring the reliability and safety of the services we offer. Other things to note Important Rules: - Smoking is not allowed in the apartment; - All tenants must provide an official photo ID before check-in for pre-registration; - A temporary rental contract will be signed electronically before check-in; - Visits are not allowed; - Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Please respect the neighbors - Parties or events are not allowed inside the property; - PETs are only allowed upon payment of a Pet Fee of R$35.00 per day per PET; - There is no parking, but we recommend two options nearby.
