Trailhead 1BR Next to Hiking on Beacon Mt

We are a family with kids offering guests the lower level of our home. You will have a private entrance with parking. The studio space has a full bath, king sized bed, and kitchenette (full sized appliances, but please note: no range/oven!) Our home is next to Hiddenbrook Forest; a trailhead starts from the end of our yard! We are also 1.5 blocks from the "Pocket Road" trailhead to the Beacon reservoir/ Beacon mountain. 15 minute walk to main Street or ride Beacon Free Loop from 2 blocks away! The space Our home is located right in the edge of protected forest that is cross crossed by trails, a creek, and cool rock walls! We ourselves have 3.5 acres of space which includes this home and a separate workshop structure. This property is peaceful and quiet, located in the middle of a close knit residential neighborhood. Super safe and cozy! Guest access You can walk to Main Street in about 14 minutes (0.7 miles), or hop on the "Beacon Free Loop" bus line just 2 blocks away — it gets you downtown in around 6 minutes. Uber and Lyft are also readily available in the area. Guests will have access to a private suite with an entrance in the rear of the house. Doors to our spaces will be locked, and there are no "common" areas shared with your host. Other things to note Please be aware that we are a family with young kids. We do our best to be peaceful when we have guests, but life must go on! If you are very sensitive to noise, this spot is probably not the best choice for you since you will be in the lower level and hear footsteps, kids playing, etc. That said, it will be super quiet between 8pm and 8am most every day.
