Guest access • 100% self-check-in and self-check-out Important Information: • To receive check-in instructions and access codes, guests must complete an online registration prior to arrival at the building, and no later than 10:30 PM. • This registration requires basic personal information, a selfie, and a photo of an official ID. • This information is used for a brief security verification (may take a few minutes, therefore, we recommend completing it well in advance of arrival). • Once the verification is successful, check-in instructions and access codes are released at 2:00 PM for check-in from 3:00 PM. • Once your online registration and security verification are successfully completed, you may check in at any time after 3:00 PM. However, if you plan to arrive after 1:59 AM, please notify our staff no later than 10:30 PM so we can issue you a new access code as the original one will expire if not used at least once before 2:00 AM. Other things to note To ensure a pleasant stay, please consider the following before booking: • The total number of guests must be specified at the time of booking, as the number of linens provided is based on the registered occupancy. If additional guests are added (even if there is no price change), please update your reservation in Airbnb so we can arrange for extra linens (subject to the day operation). • Mid-stay cleaning or linen changes are not included in any reservation. • For stays of 7 nights or more: An additional cleaning fee of $400 MXN + tax will be charged for every 7 nights. This service is mandatory. Once paid, please contact your Host to check availability and schedule the cleaning (this is not scheduled automatically and needs to be paid before scheduling). • We welcome pets up to 15 kg, with a fee of $210 MXN per pet per night (maximum 1 pet; pets must not be left unattended inside the unit). • Check-out time is 11:00 AM.
