Other things to note The apartment is located on the seventh floor of an eight-story building. If elevators are a problem for you, this may not be your space. From the apartment's balcony you can see a historic abandoned building in Puerto de La Cruz. It's not annoying, but it's not the best possible view either. The property's water heater has a capacity of 30 liters, so you may have to space out the showers a bit to reheat the water.
