Other things to note WHAT TO KNOW BEFORE YOUR STAY: This house has the BEST hot tub view in Bailey! It is important to know that the neighborhood is a quiet, family-friendly area and ask that you please respect the neighbors and surrounding homes. Obviously want you to enjoy your time, but keep in mind that noises travel very easily and screaming, loud music, big parties/gatherings are not permitted. Feel free to park in both driveways- the driveway closest to the home is meant for one car only. For the winter months with snowfall, a 4x4 vehicle with 4WD or snow tires is recommended. The road leading up to the home does get plowed but it is done privately and can take some time to be cleared. The road can also have deep ruts in it from rainfall but all vehicles with decent tires shouldn't have a problem in the warmer months. - please drive slowly and carefully on the dirt road up to the home. *This home is about 40 minutes to Red Rocks Amphitheater and about an hour to downtown Denver! *This home comes with a large dog bed and a water/food bowl for the pups! *No additional guests allowed *NEVER park on the road *3 cars maximum parking
